Free use of 4 good quality bicycles Two spacious en suite bedrooms with king sized double beds Utility room with automatic washing machine, iron/ironing board and clothes airers DESCRIPTION AND LAYOUT OF ROOMS Frontage : Front of the cottage, french windows opening onto large paved patio with outside table and chairs under a pergola of vines and overlooking the courtyard and flower garden. Downstairs : Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with exposed stone wall. Good sized woodburner, large 3 seater leather settee and comfy armchair. The kitchen area is well equipped with modern appliances, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc. External door leading to utility room and outside patio/pool area. From the main room there is an internal door leading to a spacious, well ventilated double bedroom, beautifully light and airy with its own separate outside entrance and patio area. Fitted with a king-sized bed, high quality mattress, large wardrobe and bedside shelves. There is a freestanding pedestal fan and the bedroom is naturally cool during the summer months. The en suite bathroom is fitted with a wet room style shower and quality fittings. Upstairs : Stylish bedroom with air conditioning, king-sized bed, high quality mattress, large wardrobe, drawers and dressing table. En-suite bathroom with walk-in wet room style retro shower and quality bathroom fittings. Outside Rear Patio/Pool : Large stone paved patio with sun loungers, garden furniture and BBQ. Good dining area which is prettily landscaped with lots of container pots of flowers and herbs. Easy access to swimming pool with open meadow views. Swimming Pool & Garden : heated swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols set in open fields and meadow. Lovely tranquil aspect, not overlooked by neighbouring properties; the perfect place to relax, watch the sun go down and enjoy a glass of wine or two from our local vineyards. During the summer months the garden is a riot of colour and scented with roses, clematis, jasmine and lavender. There are also many fruit trees, shrubs and herbs. Nature lovers are well catered for with designated cycle routes and nature trails right on the doorstep taking you along the riverside and tranquil country lanes. There are many varieties of wild birds to be seen. The red squirrel is also common to the area and is a regular visitor in and around the garden.
